Not really.  The author is assuming that the processors can only run for 3 days.  What is that - 3 days a Q?  The 3-day test was about 8 months ago.  Again I ask, what do you think Rauber and Bogolin have been doing for the past 8 months?  At the very least freeing up time for John to work out the technical issues.
