According to this website, the last time this traded was last Wednesday when it says 20 shares were the volume for the day. I don't know of a broker that charges under $3 for a trade, at that point the trade of 20 shares makes no sense other than it establishes a price for the stock.
I would hope that sometime soon we see some sort of news. If they file quarterlies, as they should, something should be coming in the not to distant future. I view quarterlies as an opportunity for management to communicate with investors, though some companies limit what's said to the financials. I would hope that the company does more, discussing what it's doing, and planning for the future.
