I find this move very curious considering Leo's history being so frugil diluting shares over many, many years. Especially after announcing 4 days earlier that further dilution was not necessary for IPIX shareholders. What changed so dramatically in a 96 hour period that Leo would change Monday's PR about not needing further dilution plus his many years of impressive dilution discipline and so suddenly want a 100 % increase in shares. It seems out of character.
