My position is still the same. It's still unclear what the role of Novamex Minerals is in all this and how this affects SRGE shareholders. Novamex is still the largest shareholder of SRGE and I doubt they would let their mines be handed for free to a bunch of opposing lawyers.

GoGold resources has doubled its share price after gaining the option to explore Los Ricos/Cinco Minas mines. Also, who keeps buying SRGE shares, even after 6 years? Something does not compute.
