This is just my wag but I think we could see a K term sheet announced soon. I believe this term sheet would include upfront money to finish the pill bridge study and to include a concept test in well patients. If a BP is interested in K (late stage negotiations) wouldn't this BP want a term sheet NOW to secure first rights to K before pill studies have finished. I believe Leo could get this deal to include a upfront payment for the ROFR later.
