This is a calculated effort by Leo. Note the timing of the BOD voting on the authorized share increase on 7/17/19 and the next day 7/18/19 sign the Alphasigma agreement. Leo has been consistent in balancing the advancement of $IPIX science while minimizing shareholder dilution. Authorized shares are not dilutive until they are issued. I have confidence that IPIX will only issue additional shares for strategic initiates that will greatly improve shareholder ROI. Long term IPIX investors have witnessed this for many years and that is why Longs have not been selling. A lack of real shares on the supply side has made NR continue to dig their hole by increasing counterfeit shares. I am excited to watch as Leo’s strategic plan gets methodically unveiled and I especially like the quote:

“In addition, we may issue shares to acquire other companies or assets or engage in business combination transactions.”
