Ameritrade will do that! They sent me some nasty emails on a position once, they claimed I was doing the same thing. I was buying at the last minute everyday, but my statement back was, I have the right to purchase these shares, if I decide to do it at the end of the day, again that is my right! Everything said and done, I had to change my trading habits for them.
