There are approximately 36 million warrants held by the officers that expire in 2020. Once those are exercised it won't leave much headroom. I think a big part of this is a future suitor, perhaps one in current advanced negotiations, may be interested in taking an equity stake in IPIX as part of a partnership deal. That might require us to raise the cap as well.
