Two reasons, one they have always been secretive and I presume there may be some follow up requirements before making news public. Second, they likely are without patent protection. I have not kept up with their patent status.......I believe there are seven patent families and each family has one or more patents pending.

Of course, nothing is stopping them from saying the preliminary data is encouraging and they plan to provide a detailed update within the next several weeks. I am beyond being disappointed with the way the Company shares information........it is what it is and it is not likely to change.
