Merck is the sole provider of inoculations in the United States, with sales in excess of $54 billion dollars to the Federal Government. Inoculations for measles and most other treatments are done with pre-filled safety syringes. Univec produces pre-filled safety syringes, and has worked with Merck on inoculations going back years. Dalton recently mentioned a program between Univec and John's Hopkins dealing with methadone treatments for addiction --- this is also typically administered with pre-filled safety syringes. Just something to think about when coming up with valuations.
