Haven’t posted for awhile. My opinion is just conjecture. Note holders, I am guessing went back for a higher rate of return. MK probably said “no” as things are playing out business wise. New money would come in for less so note holders are converting to destroy value. It’s toxic to the extent of dilution and Long shareholders. Remember this is my thought only not fact. Peace Bear!
