I'm not understanding why the note holder is converting into cash at present.
If revenues kick in during the next Q or two and share price appreciates, wouldn't it be better to wait to sell? And with fewer shares available it would further the share price rise, too.
I don't know about this stuff, is it possible that this is the pre-arranged time to sell? Otherwise, it seems unlikely that any note holder would be the sort who would sell because they need the cash. Any solution to this mystery would be appreciated.
