I’ve been reading into the 4month hold period and I’m not sure it’s a hold for being listed, if I’m correct I believe once the company gets funding by private placement and shares gets issued to these private investors and shares get spread out amongst the companies being joined etc, these shares and warrants are on hold from being traded. So I don’t think it’s a hold to be listed... I could be wrong. Here’s a nice little article:
