It’s one block. It’s one person and the person with that amount to risk that amount has WAY more shares to play that game. If that person has that many shares they know the DD. So they are playing a game. They don’t want it to run A) for someone they know to get in they sold some and don’t want it to go any higher until they get some shares back.
