Or Doc and friends are slowly buying to soak up more of the float but not taking away from those that want to keep them for longer time.
And someone has been keeping this above .01 for a while now (which I very much appreciate BTW whoever you are).
You keep the price above .01, reduce the daily volume which causes flippers to get frustrated and go away, then KABOOM! They are burnt and what Doc wants I believe!
