The law firm that wrote the patent is taking it to the Supreme Court. Also, Justice Brett Kavanaugh wrote an opinion that the entire court agreed with concerning the cases of lower court mis-applying the Alice 101 and that Congress needed to introduce a bill to deal with this. In either case, something will be done.
