Please help me understand implications to RMHB of what is in Portland Maine’s morning paper today...
“CBD legislative rule requires Maine-grown hemp. Local sourcing is mandated for all infused food and drink sold in the state, a workaround to a federal ban. Maine is applying this homegrown requirement only to CBD-infused foods and beverages.”
