I wasn't aware that there was a 2 week maximum on conversions. Is that an exchange regulation or is it built into the loan's fine print?
I know that people hate share consolidations because they associate with failing companies, but at some point AFTER SFOR starts to be cash flow positive, it would be best to do a consolidation and bring the OS back to the range expected by a solid company wanting to list on an exchange.
