There are a couple of things to keep your eye on. Coon's and Tillis's bill should be introduced soon. If it is not watered down, that could lead to it being brought back to the court's at which time I would expect them to settle. If that does not happen, I look to see if the Supreme Court will weight in (and I expect IMO that StrikeForce will win that. And again, IMO, DUO will settle. It is just a matter of time.
