Reminder about shorting. Most quality brokers do not allow your shares to be borrowed for shorting by others if they are fully paid for and settled. If they are purchased on margin, brokers will let a short borrow them.


I also place my shares for sale with a GTC order well above the current PPS. Probably well above where it could get to without news of a buyout or the AE37-Keytruda combo initial trial results being the best thing since PB&J were put together.
