For the foregoing reasons, AEXG's motion and Generex's cross-motion for summary judgment are each DENIED. Generex's motion to vacate, modify, or remand is GRANTED to the extent it sought remand of the arbitration award to the Arbitrator for clarification. The Clerk of Court is directed to terminate the motions at docket entries 15, 17, and 25. The case shall remain stayed pending receipt of clarification from the Arbitrator.
