According to the company’s June 20 release “In the event the Company is not listed on NASDAQ on or before October 31, 2019, the dividend will not be payable without further Company Board authorization and announcement.”
So let’s say if and now that’s a big IF...the company is not listed on nasdaq, the dividend can still be issued if the company board authorizes...looking at the way Joe has been treating the investors, he will do whatever it takes to not let the shareholders down. My guess is Joe and the board will still authorize the dividend. Again that’s only IF the company does not get uplisted...which I highly doubt. So hang on tight!
