For long investors it doesn't matter. For the flippers, it the difference between a baloney sandwich or a bread sandwich.

But yet that is only a 1/2 cent increment between each pre-split
This is why the price bounces around 10-20 cents
Now flippers say it's nothing special, but when the sp goes down a penny or two pre-split, they start freaking out or trying to get others to freak out. So obvious the intentions.
