At a price of $11 million and outstanding shares approx. 550 million, the most that we could hope for with this particular deal is about 2 cents per share. If memory serves, there is a prominent Mexican bank on the hook for a substantial interest at around 1/2 cents per share. Perhaps that bank is looking to recoup it's loan, with us along for the ride. As I stated before, I do not have a clue of the behind the scenes events and am speculating.
