Watching the DOW today, same thing. Shorts cover after hours with themselves so they start tomorrow with a clean slate.
Rate cut was not a good thing, especially the markets. This years gains are gone. Near to where started when the new administration came in. As one said on MSNBC, the market is going south because of this.
