Manipulation is a fact of life with small listed companies......just like ambulance chasing lawyers and corrupt politicians.

Companies (and shareholders) that obsess about this and waste their energy and money in hopes of a righteous denouement are not coming to grips with the business world in which we live.

VERB appears to be a viable company and their counter will be accelerating revenues and earnings.

Draining the investment swamp is not realistic I'm afraid.

(My opinion after reading literally thousands of posts bemoaning this issue).
