These law firms already know the chances of any of these moving forward are slim. Especially since they did little DD on this other than listen to some trader's ramblings. That is why so many pile on which gives each of them close to a zero percent chance.
Since many of them don't ever post it on their website in the news or case examples, what happens to the 1000's of INVESTOR ALERTS they do?
What happens if they show up to court?
Does the judge say, "You again?"
Do they have to move in out of state lawyers do they don't get recognized again?
Do they just tuck tail and disappear?
Do they ever admit their case was too weak for a class action?
Do they ever admit the lack of interest?
Do they ever admit they couldn't find a lead that wouldn't be laughed out of court as a know trader that already profited thousands of dollars?
