Look at the date of the PR and figure in 4 standard 60 day billing cycles (DOD/nfoReliance a Pentagon IT contract manager, McAfee, ACS. SFOR) then add in the 35 day shutdown. That puts the first payment at the end of 2Q by my figuring.
