I guess that's where Donohoe comes in. Talk about a Catch-22. No volume because people are holding their shares, waiting for the 1:1 dividend. Volume is necessary to help with uplisting. However, no 1:1 dividend until uplisting occurs. Hope NASDAQ sees it our way. Two major dividends are contingent upon uplisting.

I believe there is a lot more on the table then the dividends. Just let mgmt. execute and the volume will increase. That's the beauty of this OTC stock. It isn't a one-trick pony. An OTC stock that's a one-trick pony is a tax write-off waiting to happen. I should know. I've owned them.
