Magnoliarose,  before reading your post I worked my way up the board this morning and read Bulls post and reviewed the photos first.  The only thing I know about the oil E&P business is what I've learned owning TECO stock for the last 2.5 years.  That said;  I posted in reply to Bull that the rigs in the photos look far too large to be drilling those proposed 21 wells that were going to give them 30, 40, 50 BPD on average.  I assume your implying the same;  the rig in the photo is to drill down to the center of the earth and for a much larger payload than 50 BPD? Seems to me they are shifting away from the 21 well program to another strategy but the 400 BPD could still be possible with fewer wells and less time/work.
