I keep asking myself:

Why does ONCI need toxic debt?
Who benefits from the current PPS?
Who would Steve like to "gift" with?

Is Steve buying himself for these courses?
Buy family and friends to these courses?
Is an investor buying for these courses?
Is Steve buying back for ONCI shares?

My conclusion:
Steve does it with intention!
Someone will benefit!
I keep on buying!

This is my own opinion.
Everyone should check what they want to buy.
