imo NR will never cover one second b4 they are forced to do so .. because
NR can almost always outlast both OTC mgmt/s and retail investors ..

that said
when an OTC target executes ( as IP clearly did last Monday with AS ) ..
NR has to *adjust* .. that is why I noted in 2018 .. I expected to see a tightly held PPS
laddered up slowly .. (by this I mean PPS goes up slightly more than it goes down
over weeks and months) .. what I'm still picking my jaw up off the ground about ..
is the incredibly stupid *choice* NR actually did to inject bogus volume of size ..
to reset the 52 week low to 7c .. in an effort to get actual IP investors to sell out ..

talk about *volume* overhang .. .. that is why one has to watch volume avgs
imo NR has to do the almost impossible here .. get *volume* into IPIX (to entice
retail traders back into the stock for retails' liquidity) .. without losing control of
the stock .. which again *news* (possibilities of which you kindly noted) out of IP
will and can impact at any point in time going forward ..

imo what will be key (and imo Monday's 8K was a shot across NRs' bow)
is a sequence of material events released out of Innovation Pharma .. timing
of imo will be as revealing as content

some here might remember the PPS IPIX (CTIX) had in the back half of 2014
which allowed IP's mgmt to comment on uplisting off of the OTC in early Sept

so in NRs' last cycle of money *UP* on IPIX .. NR lulled both IP's mgmt
and her retail investors .. a perfect set up for NRs' hand off into 2015
because of course the last *reality* an UPSIDE DOWN NR wants .. is
for an OTC target to uplist ..

hence the comments made by IP in 2015 .. which NR still utilizes as needed ..

imo NR has years of *overhang* to handle re: IPIX (CTIX)
which is why when AMRN was pointed out last Fall .. i noted it specifically
due to their I/O (which is not the Float) as somewhat comparable to IPIX's

imo IPIX (depending on the news) .. gets a premium based on a smaller SS (I/O)

i always hesitate to predict both PPS and time frames .. but noting what was done
and how long it took on AMRN .. link to the post below

volume set up last August .. one month b4 news out (9.21.18) and of course
the PPS @ open on 9.24.18 (to say nothing of the *volume*) .. and the 6 weeks
or so b4 the 52 week high was again reset on 11.6.18 (which if memory serves
was just reset higher this month which tends to be SOP)

https://investorshangout.com/post/view?id=5441027

what i'm getting at .. (and realize the reason .. having learned how NR *works*
over the past decade .. i remained an investor in IP was due to the company's
diverse platform and mgmt's aggressive response of 2015
) .. is by the time most
OTC mgmts understand they are targets .. it is almost always too late for both
the company and her retail investors .. which is exactly NRs' goal when there is
an abusive effort in play .. and on the OTC .. that is a 99% given .. imo

so .. my thinking is .. based on the timing of Monday's 8k and PR .. there may
well be a sequence of material events en route out of IP .. because the timing
over the next 6 weeks is key (Sept) .. and then so too is the timing going into EOY

(as I showed in the Part 1 post)

=============================

i could be totally wrong of course .. but having watched NRs' *efforts* in early May 2019

NR isn't quite as in control as they'd prefer .. NR came close to losing IPIX a few x over during that effort ..

and imo the reason helium was released out of IPIX b4 the 5.16.18 PR was out
was because NR could reset 43c .. far easier than 70c .. 70c might have cost them even more
(PPS goes higher not lower) and ever more volume gets added to the pile

so again depending on what IP notes next .. and when .. it won't surprise me
to see record setting volume on IPIX .. and the Price point i'm watching for is
70c .. because oddly enough .. that was NRs' starting price point in September
2012 .. ( cycles of money ) .. and where IPIX was *stalled* for a dog's age as
*overhang* from ticker change out was handled ..

lastly realize .. we are talking Millions in volume NR has to handle ..
10M is nothing .. but 50M to 100M may well fit the bill .. or just be a drop
in the proverbial bucket .. we shall see .. NR literally CANT walk away
from an OTC they have manipulated for years .. because the start of NRs'
manipulation wasn't 7c .. the hand off was done @ IPIX's *high* after 2 years
and 3 months
of NRs' cycles of money were in play

after a decade of observation and documentation
.. i do understand how this defies retails' logic and common sense
but NR doesn't play by retails' rules .. they never have imo

4kids

You have said repeatedly that NR won't let go of IPIX until the last possible moment. I am wondering what would be considered such a moment:

a deal that brings in upfront monies to IPIX of $30MM+ or some such number?
a beginning of royalty revenues?
a successful pill for either B or K that is approved by FDA/EMA for human trial?
days of XX million volume trade days that are not just wash sales?
uplisting to NASDQ?

It seems with so many easy targets NR would not hang around this long with a company that obviously isn't going to cave to their usual game plan

Or do they know that sooner or later they will be able to cut most of their losses, even if it takes a year or more, and only then move on to greener pastures?
