Scaling from batch us completely different than what QNC has done. Steve's original focus was to scale because he knew solar for instance would require tonnage.The other QD makers were all focused on an end product at that time and not scale..they believed making bigger vats would allow them to scale..so while the competition focused on making the cart Steve was focused on making the horses to pull them.The fact that making additional reactors is proof of scale..no need to build massive buildings with equipment as seen in the recent Nanosys PR.The company has increased the productivity of the reactors over the years as they refined the technology.Scale has been proven..now it's a matter of demand.I'm hopeful the company will ink more deals now that the indian gov has invested in the tech.I know from personal experience that having a startup is a marathon and not a sprint.
