In one video chef pan-fries
shrimp intact, head and shell.
Says, it keeps the flavor in the meat.
Man that sounds good.
I won't order or eat shrimp now until
our clean/natural shrimp is available.
We do have a gourmet shrimp/steak house
here in Indy. I don't see this proper shrimp
here before spring. Who knows.
