Interesting. Personal life certainly can get in the way of work sometimes.
Care to share any of the allegations made on Youtube (understandable if you don't want to repeat. No worries either way)?
Personally, I doubt we will ever get good answers on this. My only hope is that whatever the "for cause" was, it was UNEQUIVOCAL and today's PR is the end of it.
A for cause termination triggers an option in favor of CYDY to repurchase 8.3M shares from Pestell at $.001/share, so I'd expect him to fight about it if it's not clear cut.
As for the patents, I went back and reviewed the Asset Purchase Agreement between CYDY and Prostagene a while back. CYDY purchased the patents, period, as far as I can tell, and there is no reason that Pestell's continued employment (or not) by CYDY should impact that.
If Pestell hasn't assigned the patents, and they are important, I expect CYDY would sue him and win. Just my two cents.
