GNBT 7/25/19
Uplisting to NASDAQ should happen 30 - 60 days from 7/29/19 - application in today.
Hold stock until after uplisting. Record date was 7/24; Ex-div pay date is 2 days after uplisting.
Anything over 25% of stock needs to have ex-div date after uplisting.
Public offering of NGIO within 60 days.
MSO
Need to finalize issues to publicize. Approval in 5 states. Podiatrists wanted in MSO because we now have a full complement of services and products in our portfolio; treatment, fix bone, pre-op and post-op, scanning all provided in MSO. Ours will be GNBT stock based - Drs. Own GNBT stock.
No shares out in notes.
Pharmacies - took over a year to audit the business - every intention to move forward; want to get listing on NASDAQ to get cheaper money first. Intend to close that soon.
HMO - down the road.
Olaregen sales - the mesh product is in development - planing to launch in 2020. Sales just started. Rec’d seal of approval from Podiatrist Assoc - rec’d 200 leads.
Excellagen has agreement with VA.
