They haven't outlined exactly how the CCR5 occupancy test works. Best semi-educated guess, they inject non-commercial grade CCR5 and possibly assay the percentage that's still in the bloodstream over a given short period of time.
They say they'll be testing for CCR5 on tumor cells, but I have no idea how they will separate CCR5 occupancy in T-cells and those in tumors.
