Healthnostics, Inc. received notice that the Depository Trust Company ("DTC") deposit chill on its common stock may be appealed by the Company. Therefore, an appeal is being filed.
Regarding the Special Distribution of InternetArray's ( INAR.PK ) common stock being distributed by May 31, 2012, shareholders should be aware that selling record-date stock prior to receiving the Distribution shares could result in the Distribution shares being forwarded to the acquiring brokerage account.
