Re: StephCurry #93560
Let's Address SC's fake news, so now he can no longer claim immunity in his posting of known false information. SC had his ego and pride damaged because he had felt that somehow his connection to someone that knows Katy Perry was a sure fire ticket to huge advances for the company. When it was clearly explained to him that Katy Perry didn't overlap with the UltraFlix demographic and having her onboard would do nothing as the people that buy 4K TVs are not Katy Perry fans, and her social media influence wouldn't overlap with UltraFlix customers he got pissed off and started his mission of spreading hate and fake news.
There was never any announcement of anything to do with the NFL. UltraFlix features some cool content from the San Francisco 49ers, and there was some testing of the live stream system from the 49ers stadium. NFL was never part of any plan for UltraFlix.
There were dividends paid to shareholders a few years ago. Stating there wasn't is simply a lie.
Akyumen did license the UltraFlix app and paid some money to have the App featured on the phone. That product is not anything that the company has anything control over, and Akyumen's inability to launch the phone has nothing to do with NTEK.. The company never made any representations or promises beyond having the App featured on the phone.
As to the absolute rubbish about price manipulation after the SEC lawsuit was filed is completely without basis and is clearly just his attempt at spreading lies. I believe that 100%.
