I don't understand what a ratchet is, but I do see a 30%discount redeemable in shares. It looks to me, we start building momentum, and somebody dumps 50,000 shares and we're back where we started. I understand profit taking, but with the assault, all the unspoken things, valuations, terms of payment, high valuations that are lowered later in the game, it just clouds things. I tried to get my questions at the last CC, but for some reason I wasn't acknowledged. I'm sure it was my fault, but I can't tell the players without a scorecard.
