The POC was conducted in a clinical situation with a 100% success rate so I think we are good. The only difference I see in a large at home enema trial is patients sticking to the regimen as sometimes happens. But with B being so efficacious I think those using B will notice feeling better early on and stick with it. I see next trial a roaring success. UP has got to be very painful and I think those poor folks that have it will be glad to get B.
