Lemon why does the up front have to be big for other Clinical? Someone else is going to be paying for OM just like Alfasigma did for UPS. It's the Regeneron way.
$1-5 million upfront would be just fine for K work,B pill work and corp. expenses. Ahhh and no more dilution.....
