SJ , - this medicine I am not really worry , yes easy to take one tabl a day , for sure , but between side effects , possible resistance , it is not that easy,

Kidney damage , liver damage may happen , worsening with hepatitisB sometime with severe damage to liver ,

Lets not forget that long term we still will see more osteoporosis with complications, and arteriosclerosis , due to problems with lipids , so heart problems and strokes with time , yes , they say not as early as if one take those drugs separately , but, ..... and other problems with time..... .....

Very important is to educate doctors , so far with my conversations many have no understanding
( true I didn't talk with infection diseases specialists )

If physicians are well inform , and with time they should be ,
than they not our competition in CCR5 positive patients ...at least not big...

Capsid inhibitors look exciting to me , it is just very early to know !!!
