As others have posted -- and to summarize their work --
with this deal, no longer can bashers claim that:

1) the company is out of money;
2) no one wants to partner with it
3) the science has no value
4) the company has to dilute stock to get financing
5) there won't be Phase 3 clinical trials
........and of course the ever-popular
6) the management is running a scam and isn't doing anything but collecting paychecks

I just feel sorry for all the Patrick Cox investors who were told to buy, buy, buy in the .70's, and then were told so sell at the absolute bottom, the day before news came out. They've been so burned, they'll not want to buy this stock again but will be sickened and angry that they sold at the bottom, when it eventually skyrockets.
