Real investors know that if it's in the best interests of the company not to divulge proprietary information, then it's counterproductive to whine about it.

Bashers, however, do whine. Just look at who wrote whiny posts early on today about how lousy this deal supposedly was.

I don't usually go to lieHUB, but I bet all of those bashers who were crying out for a deal are now bad-mouthing it.
