TC, I don't remember where I saw the 90% GNBT ownership figure for NGIO - but you're right it is probably high, and that was before the mergers were discussed.

The question about NGIO is whether analysts will soon start comparing it to other similar companies that were bought for $9-12 b. (See Seeking Alpha articles for examples) It is such an unknown now, and not on anyone's radar yet.
