Thanks for sharing! I have looked a little into GS-6207. Based on this quick research, here is what I see as the positives / negatives compared to leronlimab.
Positives:
1) sub-q injections once every 3 months
2) safe (well tolerated and no AEs reported yet)
3) Treats X4 and dual tropic
4) Possible transition to oral (potential to combine with ART to reduce med costs and may be better received for those who fear needles)
Negatives:
1) In P1b, still a long time to approval
2) Combined with ART.....by the time they get to approval, mono is likely to be approved
IMO the key for CYDY to fend off any of this competition (R5 tropic) is getting mono approval and doing so in a timely manner (mid-to-late 2021).
