I went and took a look to see what was going on. It is at the top because of coins. I suspect she read our posts here about coins and gave her post coins to be at the top, because I don’t remember her posts having coins before. It has 1 coin. Anyone can put coins on a post, the three posts that have the most coins are put to the top. But those coins added to a post only count for 7 days, when then drop off.
