Okay, who is going to win the pool? I have OW announcing the results of their comparative trial August 12, and reporting their quarterly results August 15. Pick one date correctly and win 1,000 shares of OW, pick both and receive 5,000 shares.
But wait, there's more, win an additional 5,000 shares by predicting when the Letter to Shareholders will be posted.
All entries must be posted to the OW Board no later than July 26.
In lieu of OW shares an eligible member may elect to receive cash at a conversion rate of .01 per share. The terms and rules of this competition may be changed by Lodge and he alone is authorized to interpret the rules. In the event of a tie the shares or cash will be divided equally among the winners. If any event occurs on or before July 26, only those votes made and posted prior to the annoucement will be counted.
This is not a solicitation to buy or sell shares of OW stock nor will participants be asked to pay a fee or otherwise spend funds to participate in this simple non-monetary competition. Winnings will be presented as a gift; consult your tax advisor.
