SJ,- Actually I don't understand what takes FDA so long to make this decision 525 or 700 mg in combo.....
According to Dr NP , FDA was first pointing to them that with longer overlap 525 had better results then 700.... and few months ago over 100 patients took 525 mg already I believe for over 26 weeks , so now is much longer...
The only logical explanation I have that having now Receptor Occupancy Test , they want them to go this way , witch means , that depending on density , patients will be taking 525 or 700 mg . Actually this is a proper medicine..
So
we have all 100 patients for safety with 525 , Sometimes in August we will have for 700 mg.
We are very close.
